California Liberal: Nuclear War To Get Rid America Of Trump Expeditiously

Nancy Pelosi friend, Billionaire Tom Steyer is a leading Democratic activist, fundraiser. Over the past two years, the Liberal Loony Toon has spent millions in a campaign to get Trump Impeached.
But after that did a faceplant, Tom Steyer is back with a new and improved way of ridding America of Trump: Nuclear war.

And we thought Bill Maher rooting for a recession as a way to get rid of Trump was bad. After reading about Tom Steyer's idea, maybe we were too quick to judge Maher?

Now, you may think "Nah, he's just joking," but you would be dead-wrong, because Tom Steyer is dead serious about his nuke idea.

Rolling Stone recently did an interview with this nut job titled "A Conversation With Tom Steyer, the Liberal Billionaire Bankrolling Trump’s Impeachment"

The article is pretty much what you would expect from a batty billionaire, until Steyer jump's that nuclear shark, of course.

Steyer talked about his campaign to have Trump impeached in terms that getting rid of the legally elected President of the United States is the way to preserve democracy.

At some point, the interviewer brought up that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is against the impeachment talk, he is advocating, because she thinks it will fire up Republican voters in the November midterms.

Then the interviewer gave her assessment of how Democrats took back control of Congress in 2006.

RS: She believes the decision to take impeachment off the table helped Democrats take back the House in 2006, and paved a path for Obama and a deeper correction in 2008.
Steyer: I remember 2006. What happened is that George W. Bush, he put us in two disastrous wars and we were headed toward the biggest financial disaster since the Great Depression. So if the answer is that we need those three things to happen for a course correction, I’d prefer to move a little quicker. How about that? But I take your point. Maybe we can have, like, a nuclear war and then we get a real course correction.

You may think that Steyer was talking figuratively, but nope he was talking literally. Tom Steyer really meant having a nuclear war so he can rid America of Trump in the fastest possible way.

Even the Rolling Stone reporter was like. Wait, What?

RS: Wow – that’s…sobering.

Steyer: We're trying to act expeditiously to avoid the suffering of American citizens.

To be fair Tom Steyer did say "I should be a little bit more tempered: I take back that remark about nuclear war." 

But who in their right mind says "Maybe we can have, like, a nuclear war and then we get a real course correction?" The only person who would say it, is someone who actually gave this idea some thought, and found merit in it.

It also took him a moment to think, 'Oops, I need to be a little more calmer in front of normal people. Maybe I should take back all my crazy nuke shit'

His half-hearted retraction only made Tom Steyer come off as even more of a liberal lunatic.
