Congress Tells Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey You Better Testify
Screw You @Jack and Your Twitter ShadowBan
Leaders of major technology companies are under increasing pressure to testify before Congress as lawmakers sound the alarm about the industry’s data practices and market power.

It’s been a month since Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg appeared in a pair of hearings on Capitol Hill to explain his company’s role in the Cambridge Analytica scandal, but his answers didn’t alleviate Congress's concerns about privacy and antitrust.

Now lawmakers are pushing for other major tech CEOs to testify before Congress.

When Jack Dorsey, Twitter’s chief executive, visited Capitol Hill Thursday, a pair of top Republicans gently urged him to think about testifying, according to their aides.

A spokeswoman for Rep. Greg Walden (R-Ore.), the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said that he extended an open invitation to Dorsey to testify before the panel. The spokeswoman said Dorsey “expressed an interest” in the suggestion and that the committee intends to have more discussions with Twitter.

That’s also what Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), the chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee, told Dorsey when they met on Thursday, suggesting that Twitter would fare better on Capitol Hill when the company is not facing a major controversy.

According to a committee aide, the message Thune conveyed to Dorsey was, “Hey if I were you, I'd be looking for an opportunity to come in and testify and address questions and concerns members have about privacy and data retention and wrongdoing that happens on your platform — before there's a very specific example that comes up and you're answering those questions in the context of a specific problem.”
ShadowBanning
Last week we communicated directly with Senator Ted Cruz as well as a few other Congressional members. We explained that Facebook and Twitter have targeted us as well as many other Conservative websites, and in our case it's easily proven.
Facebook
Not only do I own Bluepillsheep.com, I also own WildlifePlanet.net. In five years we were only banned once with WildlifePlanet and in that case Facebook wrote us an explained why.

Despite Bluepillsheep listing the same way, with similar graphics as WildlifePlanet, we have been banned almost 20 times in the past year, and not once have we been informed why.

In fact a few weeks back we received a 3-day ban for what we have no idea. We did not post for at least 24-hours after the ban ended. We made one post... ONE POST, to a closed group that supports trump, and immediately Facebook sent us a notification that we were no longer allowed to post for 7-days.

Since the only thing different is one site is an advocate for animals and Bluepillsheep.com is an advocate for Trump and MAGA there can only be one conclusion as to why Bluepillsheep routinely gets banned by Facebook.
Twitter
We normally only list on Twitter and only communicate with followers. On rare occasions, when an especially egregious liberal tweet catches my eye, I will engage with them. I use facts and I do my best to keep the insults down to a minnimum.

At the end of April I was upset that David Hogg, the POS who cries about politicians taking "Blood Money" tweeted that he was writing a book. Yes, he can't spell, and has a double digit IQ, and now was making money of the 17-lives that were lost in Parkland.

But the book didn't upset me, the title did. #NeverAgain has been associated with the Holocaust for nearly six decades. It's meaning is clear

Never Again will we allow ourselves to be so defenseless that we were lead like lambs to the slaughter. Never again will we allow ourselves to be disarmed, and left defenseless.

The Holocaust "Never Again" message is the same message our founding fathers conveyed when they wrote the Second Amendment. This message is of course, the complete opposite that David Hogg and his Parkland Punks are pushing

After posting the link to our story along with this graphicDavid Hogg #neverAgain Blood Money Book

For the next 12-hours my twitter impressions went from 150,000 a day to 3,000. No notice, no reason why, no nothing. My impressions just dropped like a rock.

Since then every time we engage with a loony toon liberal we get shadowbanned anywhere from 3 to 12 hours.

If Twitter is doing this to a no-name, nobody like myself, I could only imagine what other, more influential Conservative voices are experiencing.
Reclassify Social Media Site That Engage In Closing Down Conservative Voices.
Congress should get their act together and order Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube either treat everyone fairly or Congress will classify you as a "Content Publisher"

Companies such as Twitter and Facebook describe their sites as enabling communications, rather than publishing content – a crucial distinction which means that they are not liable for trolling or abuse by anyone posting on their sites.

Social media sites enjoy the protection they get legally because as a communications company, that is supposed to have no bias toward anything. They are simply conduits for information who therefore cannot be held liable for that content. If Congress declares a social media site a publisher. Then when some moron writes a post saying "Trump is a murderer" normally what can Trump do? The guy is a nobody so what can he sue him for "The furniture in his mom's basement?

But if Twitter is classified as a publisher then they would also be responsible for letting that post on their site. Now Trump can sue because Twitter has millions of dollars.

As you can see this would end Twitter within a week.
@Jack proved Twitter is a Publisher of Content and proved they have a Bias.
In April BluePillSheep.com reported Jack Dorsey the CEO of Twitter sent tweeted out endorsing the "March For Our Lives" political gun control platform.

We can’t keep being reactive to this, thinking and praying it won’t happen again at our schools, jobs, or our community spots. It’s beyond time to evolve our policies. This is a simple and reasonable approach, and it won’t solve all, but it’s a good start: https://t.co/ADYalbaO57https://t.co/nbXpH9DDyT

Jack Dorsey's tweet proves that Twitter has a bias, and since they have shown their bias, when accounts such as @bluepillsheep, get shadowbanned the reason becomes obvious. Add in the fact that David Hogg Doxed Arby Executives, which is against Twitter rules. Not surprising David Hogg received no punishment for something that would get any Conservative a lifetime ban.

Twitter has clearly shown their bias and should no longer be considered a communications company, rather they should be classified as a curator or publisher of content, similar to how newspapers are classified.

If Congress makes it clear that Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and any other social media site better get their act together, or they will be reclassified. Guaranteed they will do so immediately.
