Triggered Lawyer Jeff Lovitky Sued Trump, Gets Humiliated In Court
You would not have known if you were tuning into CNN, MSNBC, or the Big Three Fake News media channels. But earlier this week a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Washington D.C. asshat attorney Jeff Lovitky, against President Donald Trump

The suit, filed in 2017 accused the president of hiding his personal debts on the federal financial disclosure forms he filed during the 2016 presidential election, according to Politico.

Though Trump reportedly disclosed over $300 million in debts, he failed to specify whether the debts were personal debts or debts linked to the Trump Organization.

When he filed the suit last May, Lovitky said:

“Really, the question is concerning the liabilities held by the LLCs, and we just need more information to be able to know whether or not those are personal or business liabilities.” 

While this lack of disclosure apparently violates certain federal regulations, as argued by Lovitky. Even if Trump had violated the regulations, since they don’t actually specify any enforcement or penalties, neither a leftist activist judge nor Lovitky could really do anything about it.

U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly dutifully pointed this fact out to Lovitky in court Tuesday. But instead of accepting defeat like a man, the Washington attorney threw a temper tantrum and reportedly demanded the judge draw up a so-called writ of mandamus to compel the president to comply and disclose the full nature of his debts.
There was just one itsy bitsy problem.
A (writ of) mandamus is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion.
OK, Kids whats the keyword of the day? Inferior
The last I checked, the President of the United States is not an “inferior” government official.

The judge concurred, telling Lovitky that prior legal precedents make it clear this order isn't meant for the POTUS, no matter how much Jeff Lovitky cried "He's Not My President." No jackass he's OUR President!

Clearly he Law Office of Jeffrey A. Lovitky who specializes in both government contracts law and health law doesn't actually know election laws. So instead of tucking tail and leaving the court, Lovitky decided to humiliate himself even further.

The super triggered moron cried:

“I’ll take it to the next step. I’ll be filing an appeal tomorrow. I believe it is still a strong case. … I am hopeful that the court of appeals sees it differently.”
