Loretta Lynch Responds: I'm Calling BS on Comey's BS With My Own BS
In response to former FBI Director James Comey accusing Barack Obama of talking about the Hillary investigation and claiming it was nothing serious, just and small mistake. Comey felt Obama's actions “jeopardized” the Justice Department’s status amid the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

Comey also wrote that Loretta lynch the former attorney general wanted him to call the investigation a matter, and to hopefully see things the way the Clinton's view the whole email server. Just a mistake, that won't happen again.

After the excerpts were released, for whatever reason Loretta Lynch felt the need to released a statement to the Associated Press defending her reputation?

Lynch’s full statement below:

“Over almost two decades as a federal prosecutor I have aggressively prosecuted drug dealers, violent gangs, mobsters, and money launderers, upheld the civil rights of all Americans, and fought corruption of all types — whether by elected officials from both sides of the aisle or within organizations like FIFA. Through it all I have never hesitated to make the hard decisions, guided by the Department of Justice’s core principles integrity, independence and above all, always doing the right thing.

The Justice Department’s handling of the Clinton email investigation under my leadership was no exception. It was led by a team of non-partisan career prosecutors whose integrity cannot be overstated and whom I trusted to assess the facts and make a recommendation — one that I ultimately accepted because I thought the evidence and law warranted it. Everyone who works for the Department of Justice has an obligation to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the work of the department. That is why, at the critical early stages of this case, I followed the departments long-standing policy of neither confirming nor denying the fact of an ongoing investigation.

This policy both pre-daters my entire tenure in the Department of Justice and will live on long after my current debate is over. It neither misleads nor misinforms, but instead both protects investigations and guarantees equal treatment of those under scrutiny, whether well-known or unknown. Any suggestion that I invoked this bed rock policy for any reason is simply false. Throughout the process I did what I always do: rise above politics and uphold the law.

At non time Did I ever discuss any aspect of the investigation with anyone from the Clinton campaign or the DNC. I have known James Comey about 30 years. Throughout his time as Director we spoke regularly about some of the most sensitive issues in law enforcement and national security. If he had any concerns regarding the email investigation, classified or not, he had ample opportunities to raise them with me both privately and in meetings. He never did.”

OK let's unpack this bad boy
The first thing you'll need to understand is when 90% of what a person writes defending themselves has ZERO to do with what they are being accused of, then whatever they were accused of doing, they 100% did.

In a nutshell, without all his Bullshit, here is what Comey had written:

Obama’s public statement that he thought Hillary made a mistake, nothing more, Comey felt “jeopardized” the investigation’s credibility. BTW the Democrats claim Trump "Obstructed the FBI's investigation" for saying even less about Flynn than what Obama said defending Hillary?
Lynch asked him to describe the investigation into Clinton’s emails as a “matter.”
Comey thought that Lynch was trying to get him to align with the Clinton campaign email strategy.

Here's the kicker, Comey defended Lynch's reputation by writing:

“I, for one, didn't see any instance when Attorney General Lynch interfered with the conduct of the investigation,”

So all Comey really accused Lynch of was trying to get Comey to play ball with the Democrats and to call the investigation a "matter."

But all this was already addressed when Comey testified in front of Congress? So, in essence, all Lynch needed to write, or say was something along the lines of:

'I will repeat what I have stated months ago, I never told James Comey to call it a "matter." I never interfered with the Hillary investigation, and James Comey wrote as much in his book, and I will quote "I (Lynch) never interfered with the investigation.'

In the coming weeks, Comey is going to get blown up by the IG report, so he will have zero credibility left to accuse anyone of anything. But knowing this, Lynch still felt the need to write some long ass self-congratulatory diatribe.

Read her statement again... Do you know what Loretta Lynch defended herself against? Her never saying whether there was an investigation or not. What that has to do with "Calling it a matter?" NOTHING!

But Lynch made it a point to go on and on about this FBI long-standing policy that everyone already knows about?

"I followed the department's long-standing policy of neither confirming nor denying the fact of an ongoing investigation... Any suggestion that I invoked this bedrock policy for any reason is simply false."

Who gives a shit moron? No one accused Lynch of telling the world about an investigation EVERYONE KNEW ABOUT.  Lynch's statement would be similar to a Car Jacker defending himself by writing "I have never texted while driving."

For the record, as the Attorney General, she could announce anything she damn well pleases. This "Neither confirm, nor deny" is not a rule, it's a guideline, a suggestion handed down from previous FBI directors, nothing more.

Comey, in fact, wrote it wasn't Lynch, it was Obama who was the one that openly talked about the Hillary investigation. He never mentions that lynch did that? Again, for the record, Obama, like Trump, can spout off about whatever they feel like.

It's called "Freedom of speech." As long as they do not interfere, and not the Democrats version of interference, I mean real interference such as trying to hide or manipulate evidence or witnesses, they are free to talk about any investigation because they are not involved in investigating the alleged crime, nor do they need to adhere to an FBI tradition, since they are not FBI agents.

In Loretta Lynch's statement she never once addressed what Comey actually accused her of doing "Calling it a matter."

Lynch wrote when addressing Comey's belief that she was trying to get him to follow the Hillary camp's email server excuses.

I'll assume she meant to write "At no time." Well, Since Steven Hawking has passed on, R.I.P., I don't think someone is left on the planet whose smart enough to formulate the odds of these things happening?

When Lynch is leaving the Phoenix Airport, Bill Clinton happens to be landing at the very same airport.
Then somehow Clinton finds out that Lynch is on the same tarmac? Did he asked the tower Hey I am going to read you off a list of people tell me if anyone is on the tarmac?
Despite her being on board, and planning on leaving, Lynch's plane for whatever reason refuses to actually, I don't know...Take off?
Bill finds out exactly which plane she's in, then walks across that hot ass Arizona runway because he really needs to tell Lynch about the cute ass thing his grand kid did with her soiled diaper.
When Bill gets there, low and behold the ladder is still in place for God only knows what reason?
Lynch is on board and presumably ready to leave, so what's the holdup? And why do they still need that ladder?  Unless Lynch really loved that ladder and she was formulating a plan to hijack it from the airport?

Loretta Lynch said she 'Never discussed any aspect of the investigation with anyone from the Clinton campaign or the DNC." I think the odds of her and Bill never mentioning anything about Hillary are even more of a long-shot than the Lynch and Bill "Oh my God what a coincidence" airport meeting.

As Trump asked Comey "Am I being investigated?" it would only be natural for Bill Clinton to ask "Is my wife in trouble?" Except for Hillary Clinton, and Mark Zuckerberg, we are all human. There is something called "Human Nature," and anyone would ask that question if someone they knew was being investigated by the FBI.

In fact, if Lynch told the press "Yes, Bill Clinton asked about his wife being investigated and I told him "I can't answer that Bill, I'm sorry." That would have been more believable than "We talked about Grandkids, Golf and G-spots, well that last one was Bill asking me, what is it? And where can I find it? Because none of his rape victims seemed to have it"
