Will Rob Rosenstein Be Fired Next?
After Andrew McCabe was fired President Trump issued a tweet calling it a great day for the FBI.

Andrew McCabe FIRED, a great day for the hard working men and women of the FBI - A great day for Democracy. Sanctimonious James Comey was his boss and made McCabe look like a choirboy. He knew all about the lies and corruption going on at the highest levels of the FBI!

But it looks like Trump won't stop there because the President’s personal attorney John Dowd just indicated that Deputy Attorney General Rob Rosenstein could be the next Hillary Clinton collaborator to be toppled.

Just hours after McCabe got kicked to the curb by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Dowd called for Rod Rosenstein to shut down FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe.

“I pray that Acting Attorney General Rosenstein will follow the brilliant and courageous example of the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility and Attorney General Jeff Sessions and bring an end to alleged Russia Collusion investigation manufactured by McCabe’s boss James Comey based upon a fraudulent and corrupt Dossier,” he said in a statement to Fox News.

“Just end it on the merits in light of recent revelations,” he added.

Dowd said he made the remarks in his personal capacity and not on behalf of the president.

Rosenstein is overseeing the Democrat Russian Collusion Delusion probe after Attorney General Jeff Sessions wrongly recused himself from any investigation related to Russia and the Trump campaign.

Sessions’ decision to fire McCabe, just days before he would have been eligible for a lifetime pension, came after DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz concluded a bureau oversight investigation.

Horowitz upcoming bombshell report is expected to be critical of McCabe’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe, his handling of the bureau during the early months of the Russia investigation, and his ties to the Democratic Party.

Horowitz determined that McCabe hadn't been forthcoming in regard to the handling of the FBI’s probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state in the Obama administration.

The inspector general’s finding sparked an FBI disciplinary process that recommended McCabe’s firing. Sources told Fox News that the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility made the recommendation to fire McCabe. Sessions had the option to either accept the recommendation, or step in to stop the firing process.
