Considering the loony toon liberals running the state of California, it should not have come as too much of a surprise that this screwed up states leadership would have reacted any differently than they have.

President Trump tired of dealing with America's red headed step child showed them who their daddy really is. After another temper tantrum thrown by Golden State officials and their refusal to adhere to federal law, the Justice Department announced that it was suing to compel the state to obey the law of the land on illegal aliens and sanctuary cities.

California had lite the fuse long ago, but everything went BOOM on Tuesday after Oakland’s Democrat mayor willfully put the lives of federal agents in danger by sending out advance notice of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in the Bay Area as the bombshell dropped.

That was the final straw and it could be that the Resistance is now ready for a second civil war, at least that is what Governor Jerry Brown’s rhetoric seems to be indicating.

I assume since the Democrats are so anti-gun I assume they will be fighting the United States military with rocks fired from slingshots as they ride into battle upon their Unicorns pooping rainbows out their asses?

California Gov. Jerry Brown said that the Department of Justice (DOJ) lawsuit filed against California over recently passed state laws was an “act of war” during a press conference with the California attorney general on Wednesday.

The DOJ filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, which alleged three recently passed California laws deliberately interfered with federal immigration policies.

“You called this an act of war from the federal government,” a reporter began asking Brown.

Brown seemed to be confused by the reporter’s quote.

“An act of war? That’s pretty strong. But I reincorporate that comment,” Brown responded.

The reporter concluded his question by asking whether California would retaliate against the federal government.

“No, we are state of laws,” Brown answered. “We want to observe the law now. The attorney general has basically thrown the gauntlet down and done it in a highly politicized way.”

“Yeah, this is a very aggressive act on the part of the Trump administration, and it’s not right, and it won’t stand. And as I say, I’m sure this lawsuit will last has more longevity than the Trump administration itself,” Brown concluded.
