Jussie Smollett is still being treated as the victim in this case, but Chicago PD has now reportedly subpoenaed Smollett’s phone records, as his story appears to be unraveling quickly.

After the police released the 'Responding Officers report' stating that the attackers wore all black with ski masks, and the perps screaming "Aren’t you that fag*ot ‘Empire’ nig*er." The report MADE NO MENTION of the attackers saying "This is MAGA country" as Smollett was NOW claiming.
