ISIS Planned Christmas Day Terrorist Attack Thwarted
Federal authorities have arrested a California man in connection with a plot to conduct a Christmas Day ISIS terrorist attack at San Francisco’s Pier 39.

26-year-old Everitt Aaron Jameson was arrested Friday and will be charged with providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization.

Recent ISIS propaganda has promoted holiday attacks in the United States and it was only last week that a Bangladeshi man attempted to kill commuters at a busy New York Port Authority bus terminal by detonating an explosive device in a makeshift suicide vest.

Law enforcement is in a heightened state of alert as the country is likely seeks out ISIS groupies and sympathizers.
