New Twitter Rules Starts Silencing Right-Wing Voices
Twitter began enforcing new rules today to suspend users affiliated with hate groups “on and off the platform.” Jack Dorsey, Twitter's  CEO @Jack new policy has already led to the disabling of some alt-right accounts.

Initially announced in November,Twitter started penalizing users whose profiles include “hateful imagery and display names,” presumably including Nazi insignia, or those who use a “username, display name, or profile bio to engage in abusive behavior.”

The new restrictions are attempts to combat harassment and abuse on the site. But, like YouTube, it would not be shocking to see these new rules start eliminating not only alt-right or neo-Nazi accounts but many conservative voices.

Just last week, despite giving them no reason to do so, YouTube demonetized our account.  The only possible reason the Google owned YouTube did this to our account, was the fact that we are a Conservative voice.

Twitter has been notoriously lax toward left-wing tweets. During the hight of the Black Lives Matter movement, they seemed to ignore the countless images promoting hate and violence toward Police Officers. The most famous image (shown Below) was readily seen on Twitter and they did nothing to remove this hatred.

Conservatives Fear a Purge
Over the past two-years Twitter bias had been exposed, as they paid no mind to Trump haters that peddle false news reports.

Now that the Dec. 18 enforcement deadline has come, it has right-leaning account fearing a purge is about to rain down upon them. Some said they’d be shifting to Gab, an alt-right-friendly social media site, and encouraged their supporters to do the same. We opened a Gab account click here to view it (Opens new window).

The rights fears may not be unfounded. By Monday morning, many alt-right accounts had indeed gone offline. Some alt-right accounts should be closed. We have no problem with Twitter closing any account that associates with white supremacist Nazi groups who promote hate.  But, these rules must be enforced on both the extreme Left as well as Right.

“Today, we are starting to enforce these policies across Twitter,” the company said in a blog post today. “In our efforts to be more aggressive here, we may make some mistakes and are working on a robust appeals process. We’ll evaluate and iterate on these changes in the coming days and weeks, and will keep you posted on progress along the way.”

The first weeks of this policy rollout should not have many examples of Twitter bias, but once the extreme right-wing sites are dispatched, will Twitter follow You-tubes lead and start silencing accounts whose only crime is being a Pro-Trump, Conservative voice?
