Were Huma Abedin and Peter Strzok Partners In Crime?
On 28 October 2016, the story broke that thousands of additional Clinton e-mails were potentially located on a computer owned by  Huma Abedin.  Allegedly the potentially incriminating documents were found in a computer folder titled “life insurance."

At the time many thought the “life insurance” folder name was Huma Abedin's life insurance policy against becoming another one of Alex Jones, Infowars.com infamous Clinton body bag statistic.

So did Huma steal 10,000 emails and saved it on her comp just in case Clinton targeted her?

Now that we know the details of Peter Strzok's message to his cheating concubine Lisa Page. The messages were sent during the 2016 campaign, one of the most disturbing said:
"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office, that there's no way he gets elected -- but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.

 

“It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40,” Strzok wrote in the text, dated Aug. 15, 2016.
According to Newsweek  Investigators later discovered that days before the 2016 presidential election, Abedin was forwarding sensitive messages to Weiner so he could print them, which led to the FBI reopening a probe into Democratic presidential nominee Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
Peter Strzok 
Allegedly Peter Strzok, the demoted FBI agent, personally interviewed Abedin and Cheryl Mills.  Multiple reports indicate that Peter Strzok was the FBI agent that picked up the Abedin Laptop from the NYPD.

We easily proved in an article, that Huma Abedin lied to the FBI and should have been arrested. So it seems strange that Abedin nor Cheryl Mills were not charged with lying to the FBI. Until we recently found out that Peter Strzok was the agent in charge.

Additionally, Abedin broke a few laws by sending 'Sensitive' Material to a computer that she claimed was not hers but her husband Anthony Weiner.  Just having thousands of 'sensitive' State Department documents on an unsecured laptop would be a violation of the law.

If Newsweek is correct that "Abedin was forwarding sensitive messages to Weiner so he could print them" that is surely a violation of the Laws and Regulations governing the protection of Sensitive but unclassified information. Since Weiner held no Security clearance to view sensitive materials he and Huma should have been charged with multiple crimes.

Abedin claims that the laptop belonged to Anthony Weiner, which would not help her at all, in fact it would only add additional charges. The fact that she knew the documents were on this laptop, can be proven just by the fact that she was forwarding the documents to Weiner so he could print them.

When all these factors are taken in its totality, it indicates that Abedin should have spent a few years behind bars. Her immunity plea deal would have become voided due to her lying in her FBI Interview.

In order for Abedin to be so completely immune from even one charge being brought against her, Abedin and Strzok had come to some understanding. This agreement would be needed if Strzok was to move forward with his desire "to protect the nation from Trump."
The Dossier Is The Key
My educated guess is Huma convinced Strzok that she had some information from the Dossier which at the time was just being put together.  Strzok bought into Abedin's Dossier information as the real thing, so Strzok cut a deal with Abedin. In exchange for her secreting away whatever Dossier files, she would receive immunity and Strzok's protection from any future charges.

If you took the Dossier information as legitimate, and Trump unexpectedly won the Presidency, the Dossier could have been incredibly damaging.  Only weeks before the election, as more of the Dossier came to light did the Clinton campaign and the FBI conclude that it was mostly a fabrication and thereby unusable.

It would be interesting to find out exactly which emails were on that computer and if Strzok's involvement is as deep as it's been reported.

This is just another avenue that investigators must follow because the wordage used by both Huma and Strzok cannot be dismissed out of hand.
