We have always known Wizkid to be a superstar and he proved us right again. This time around he performed alongside Drake at the O2 arena and the crowd was crazy.
On Monday, after the completion of his tour of Canada, Nigeria music superstar, Ayo “Wizki” Balogun performed at the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena at Peninsula Square, North Greenwich, London, United Kingdom. He performed alongside Canadian megastar, Aubrey ‘Drake’ Graham. The two artists delivered a series of performances to an ocean of roaring fans.

The songs which the duo performed were their 2016 and 2017 collaboration. ‘One Dance’ and the hit, ‘Come Closer’ topped the chart when they were released. At the O2 performance, in the wee hours of Tuesday, April 9, 2019, Drake started the performance of “Come Closer’ and Wizkid joined in on stage. It was an Epic performance full of Energy and the crowd loved every bit of it.
As the performance for ‘Come Closer’ drew to a close, an obviously thrilled Drake said, “I need one more song,” indicating his intention to perform another song with Wizkid. The DJ duly obliged and ‘Soco’ came on the speakers.
Earlier on this month, Wizkid had hinted that another collaboration with Drake will be coming up soon. We look forward to another wonderful experience.
