Popular Nollywood actress and mother of one Tonto Dikeh revealed on social media that she went for cosmetic surgery last week in a series which will be aired live on Linda Ikeji’s TV.

She released that before the surgery she had always been ashamed of her body, so when she had the opportunity to look sweet, she took it.
