The Caverners Recreate Every Era of the Fab Four at Olde Walkerville Theatre
The sounds, styles and era of The Beatles came to life at Olde Walkerville Theatre as tribute act The Caverners brought the fab four to life on Saturday (Jan. 26) in a larger than life presentation. The Niagara Falls based band has been recreating The Beatles since 1994 and are celebrating 25 years together this year.

For the Windsor show, they brought out a few Beatles looks: the early Ed Sullivan era, the 1965 Shea Stadium badges look, accurate Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band costumes and the psychedelic shag of Abbey Road. It was a complete Beatles experience.

Every bit as good as the travelling theatre production RAIN, The Caverners have been to Windsor a few times in the past and for one band member, drummer Doug Boudreau, this was a homecoming performance. The Tecumseh boy was there with a few family members in tow and some “don’t stay out late tonight” jokes for good measure.

The Caverners used to perform at the old Casino Windsor Showtime Lounge, but may have found a new home at Old Walkerville Theatre. 519 Magazine sent photographer Charlie O’Brien to capture the show.
