What better way to chase away the dreary, chilly winter blues of February then to come downtown to the First Friday Cultural Walkabout. It's a quick walk from one welcoming door to the next where you can enjoy everything from live music, to interesting art, to delicious foods, to warming drinks.  Not to mentioning the shops open to sell you all manner of unique goods in time to give your sweetie for Valentine Day.
