Jane Siberry Brings Windsor Audience on a Magical Music Journey at Korda Show
Any concert with Canadian singer-songwriter, composer, musician, record producer and poet Jane Siberry is bound to be an inspirational and intimate concert. She recently visited Windsor’s Kordazone Theatre for a special performance on Thursday, Nov. 15 for a small and warm one-time performance for her fans, affectionately known to some as Siblings.

Her music is artsy, well crafted and often haunting. Even her hit Mimi on the Beach has a special place in the show. For the most part, the show was very magical – many of the audience members were quickly drawn into her unique musical world and quickly spellbound as the music flowed.

In all honesty, this is what the Kordazone Theatre is all about. A heavenly escape from real life.

Jane captured the experience in a Facebook post:

“windsor: can't find anything, material things wont go into order, borrowed car with snow tires, sleet, slush, touring in canada, wind shaking car, big trucks, someone missed show because of THREE HOUR traffic jam on hwy, set list made leap tonight - internal orchid, new connections, audience precise, present like singing out to stars in dark room, stellar.

Kordazone Theatre wonderful community, energy - doing panto - (british tradition), hope to see some in uk. opening guests Allison Brown and ty excellent, sold 1st two bracelets tonight, flannel sheets and a dolphin beside bed, thank you tracy, beth, kordazone, windsor, ontario, november."

Local singer Allison Brown opened the show with a gorgeous performance. We sent 519 magazine photographer Maureen Stewart to capture Jane and Allison.

Jane, you’re welcome back to the 519 any day.
