The British Independent Film Awards announced their winners today where "God's Own Country" took home the top prize.  It also picked up awards for Josh O'Connor in Best Actor and Francis Lee in Debut Screenwriter.

"Lady Macbeth" was the big winner overall, taking home five prizes in total including Best Actress for Florence Pugh.
