Southampton: The International Cricket Council (ICC) on fifth day of the World Test Championship (WTC) saw two spectators from the Aegis Bowl crowd in Southampton walk out of the stadium for inappropriate behaviour from New Zealand cricket team captain Ross Taylor.

According to the information, this step has been taken due to inappropriate behaviour against the above two spectators.
Giving information about this, a fan claimed on social media that he was able to hear some fans abusing New Zealand players on live television.

The fan also added that there were reports of both the spectators abusing New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor racially.
ICC General Manager of Marketing and Communications Clary Furlong noted the user's post and promised appropriate action.
Within hours, Furlong said on social media that two fans who were accused of rowdy behaviour were spotted and removed from the venue.
The fan wrote on social media, "Hey guys is there anyone on the field who is paying attention to the behaviour of the crowd? There is a man shouting against the New Zealand (NZ) team. A lot of inappropriate things have happened throughout the day, including Taylor including racist abuse directed at it."
The said fan also confirmed that he was not present at the venue but was able to hear the abuse on live television.
On this, Furlong, after taking action for some time, said that let us tell you that two persons have been identified and removed from the venue for their conduct.

He also said that security was informed of the alleged behaviour before the two fans were fired.
