Jammu: Shri Amarnath Shrine Board has issued permission letter to some langar institutions to organize Bhandara in Amarnath Yatra 2021. Along with this, it has also been asked to reach the base camp by June 20.
After the issue of permission letters to the Bhandara organizations by the Shrine Board, now the possibility of starting the Yatra has been confirmed.

However, the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board issued permission letters to the langar institutions on Tuesday, in which permission has been given to organize Bhandara for Baltal Marg.
Board has asked the institutions to arrange langar at the places marked by the Camp Director/General Manager (Works). The langar institutions will have to accept all the terms and conditions for langar service.
Shrine Board has asked the langar institutions to bring the names, residential addresses, contact numbers, police certificates of all its members.
These documents will have to be delivered to all the servicemen of langar institutions by June 19 so that their identity cards can be made.
After this, by June 20, they will have to reach the marked places for anchoring.
Shrine Board has directed all langar organizations to supply better food to the pilgrims through packaged food.
The Board said that the Board wants the welfare of the passengers through langar service during the upcoming journey.
Shri Amarnath Barfani Langars Organization (SABLO) strongly opposed the decision of Shrine Board to send permission letters to Bhandara organizations for langar service.
Sablo raised the demand to announce before the Shrine Board the date of commencement of the Yatra and asked that the Board should clarify for whose service the Bhandara organizations are being called.
Whereas the board has not yet made any official announcement for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2021 Amarnath Yatra.
The registration of passengers was stopped midway. Doubts were raised whether it would resume or not.
Bhandara organization said that people want to see Baba Barfani alive. Therefore the journey should start and the board should announce the date of commencement of the journey without delay.
