Trump receives Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, Afghanistan in the lead

Washington (AFP) - US President Donald Trump receives Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday for a meeting centered in Afghanistan, as Washington seeks to disengage from Afghanistan after 18 years of military intervention.
For his first visit to the White House since coming to power, the former cricket champion can expect a string of demands from the Republican billionaire who has in the past accused Islamabad of "lies" and "duplicity".
