Dass das Thema Abfindungen seit Jahren aktuell ist, bestätigt auch Michael Krekels, Vorstandsvorsitzender des DFK - Verband für Fach- und Führungskräfte in Essen. Krekels ist Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht und seit 14 Jahren beim DFK tätig. Gemeinsam mit seinen Kollegen berät er seine ca. 20.000 Verbandsmitglieder in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen. „Aufhebungsverträge sind bei uns ein Dauerbrenner", so Krekels.
