After the Stuttering Alcoholic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi huddled with her Democratic clueless caucus she declared “There’s no requirement that we have a vote. So, at this time, we will not be having a vote.”
President Trump’s legal team has panned the ongoing impeachment hearings as “illegitimate” because Pelosi announced the inquiry by a press conference on Sept. 24.
While Pelosi is technically correct that the House isn’t required to cast a vote, but ethically they should as they did when they launched impeachment inquiries for President Nixon and President Clinton.
It's not like the Democrats haven't voted on Articles of Impeachment before, in fact, they've done so on multiple occasions, which all were voted down.

President Trump’s legal team also weighed in on Nancy Pelosi's decision reaffirming that the Trump administration will not cooperate with the Democrats "Get Trump' unconstitutional probe unless there’s a vote.
Republican House members said a vote would allow President Trump to have a fairer process, with the ability to have subpoena power and call witnesses.
But the Democrats stonewalling strategy has shown cracks, with several witnesses showing up to the Capitol for closed-door interviews and have not backed the Democrats delusions.
Asked whether she should hold a vote to call President Trump’s bluff, Pelosi said: “This is not a game for us.”
Funny, because it sure looks like a game, and recent polling has shown the American people are growing wearisome of the Democrats theatrics.
Pelosi went on to add “They have no substance. They can’t defend the president, so they’re going to process. We’re not going there".
Rep. Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, called the State Department officials showing up against the White House’s wishes “courageous.”
“They are doing their duty,” Schiff said.
Schiff accused the Pentagon, Rudy Giuliani, the Office of Management of Budget and the State Department has failed to turn over documents.
“The case for obstruction of Congress continues to build,” Schiff (D-Calif.) said.
Of course, Schiffty also claimed for two years that President Trump was guilty of colluding with Russia, going so far as to declare that he has seen the irrefutable evidence with his own bug eyes.
