President Biden promised a more humane approach to undocumented migrants crossing into the US. But the influx is growing and DHS reports record numbers, especially of minors.
At this US border facility in Donna, Texas, 3.400 unaccompanied minors are waiting to be processed and housed. The center was designed to hold 250 people.
