Illegal immigration has always been a problem for thinking Americans. Over the years, the problem has gotten worse. That is until Trump was elected. Now, illegal immigration has hit an all-time low in the last 2 years.

The number of illegal immigrants in the United States is at its lowest level in ten years, according to the Pew Research Center.

Pew credits this decade low to a sharp decrease in the number of Mexicans entering the country illegally, according to their estimates based on government data from 2016.

Pew Wrote:
"The number of unauthorized immigrants in the U.S. fell to its lowest level in more than a decade, according to new Pew Research Center estimates based on 2016 government data. The decline is due almost entirely to a sharp decrease in the number of Mexicans entering the country without authorization.

But the Mexican border remains a pathway for entry by growing numbers of unauthorized immigrants from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Because of them, Central America was the only birth region accounting for more U.S. unauthorized immigrants in 2016 than in 2007."
According to the data compiled by Pew, there were 10.7 million unauthorized immigrants living in the U.S. in 2016 — the lowest level that the illegal immigrant population has been since 2004. That total is down from the 12.2 million peaks in 2007.

The Bush years were really bad when it came to illegal immigration. However, the numbers were at a steady incline since the Clinton presidency. These are statistics that the liberals refuse to believe.

Between 2007 and 2016, the number of illegal immigrants in the United States shrunk by 13 percent, while the number of legal immigrants grew by 22 percent during that same time period.

Yep, during the Obama administration, the levels were very unstable. There were periods of influx followed by moments of decline. While no administration is perfect when it comes to border security, Trump's administration has almost nailed it!

Mexican nationals are by far the largest contributor to the unauthorized immigration problem in the U.S., with roughly 5.4 million illegal immigrants being of Mexican origin.

While some come for work, some actually come for the welfare benefits. What do they do with all the free money that we give them? they usually send it back home to their families in Mexico. This is terrible for the economy.

So, most conservatives want to know when we will get funding for the wall? From the way, things are looking, VERY SOON!
