As you all are in the know that motivation is must to make the students do the tasks willingly. However, in Pakistan the word motivation hardly ever comes in sight. Since our institutions are far away from the word encouragement that is the reason we lack talented students. In Pakistan there are countless natural born talented children who can make the impossible things possible but they are not forced or not pushed to show up their talents. Furthermore, we occasionally see any competition or counseling programs to bring their talents out or give them courage to think we can do anything. Here I want to draw the attention of teachers and parents that children and students need motivation if you make them believe you can change the word impossible into I’m possible. They will conquer the world.
