This device was invented by a Dehradun boy with the vision of helping people and saving their life. As per reports, almost around 20 lakh people lose their life due to cardiovascular diseases and one of the main reasons for the loss of life is the non-availability of monitoring equipment, lack of proper routine of heart check-ups, and no proper and early diagnosis of the disease. This scenario in remote areas is worse in rural and remote areas.
Facing the loss of dear ones due to cardiovascular disease made the inventors of Sunfox Technologies realize the importance of a need for a device that could detect heart problems at an initial stage. Thus, with the aim of reaching out to common people and saving millions of lives, the founders- Rajat Jain, Nitin Chandola, Sabit Rawat, and Saurabh Badola invented the device ‘Spandan’, which is an affordable and portable ECG monitor which can be used at home and, that detects heart ailments with 99.7% accuracy.
This device is mainly created for home use, hospitals, and general people. It is equipped with smart algorithms that can interpret abnormalities. This innovative device shows results in a very easy and understandable language on a smartphone. Sunfox Technologies with the vision of saving people’s life with initial detection has founded this device.
Even the founders have interacted with Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and have demonstrated the working of Spandan ECG at the UK investor summit.

Their deal with the Shark Tank India, Revenue And Episode

In the new show “Shark Tank India”, Sunfox Technologies fixed a deal of Rs.1 crore for 6% equity of the company from all the five sharks namely - Peyush Bansal, Ghazal Alagh, Vineeta Singh, Anupam Mittal, and Namita Thapar.
After the closing of this deal, one of the founders has even expressed his views saying that this deal with the business maestros would bring in their expertise especially in areas like marketing and R&D, which is our prime focus to reach out to every Indian household and help save lives.
The company came on episode 24 of Shark Tank India season 1 with the company originally asking for Rs.1 crore for 2% equity. The company which has done Rs.1.5 crore in sales ended up taking home a valuation of Rs.16.67 crore.
