The deal includes all theatrical, television, and digital content. The two companies "will work together to develop original series that will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video globally in over 200 countries and territories, as well as movies that will engage viewers in theaters."
Jennifer Salke, Head of Amazon Studios, said in a statement:

She understands the focus of bringing addictive, entertaining and compelling television to our Prime Video customers as well as movies that will connect with film audiences. Stay tuned for many exciting projects to come in the very near future!"
Kidman added:
"I’m excited to start working with Jen Salke and the Amazon team. Our goal at Blossom Films is to create important and entertaining content across multiple platforms, and I can’t think of better collaborators with which to accomplish this."
Nicole Kidman and Per Saari created Blossom Films. Their first feature was "Rabbit Hole" in 2010. Nicole Kidman earned Golden Globe and Academy Award nominations for that film. They are currently producing the second season of "Big Little Lies" for HBO. With their "Big Little Lies" co-producers Reese Witherspoon and Bruna Papandrea, Blossom Films is also adapting another of Liane Moriarty’s novels, "Truly Madly Guilty," into a limited series. After that, Blossom’s next project is David E. Kelley’s limited series, "The Undoing," for HBO. Kidman will star in that series when it begins production in 2019.
Amazon Studios creates original television series for their global Prime Video subscribers. Some of their upcoming series include the highly anticipated Tom Clancy adaptation, "Jack Ryan," starring John Krasinski. Also, Julia Roberts and Bobby Cannavale star in Sam Esmail's "Homecoming."
Amazon Studios also produces and distributes feature films. Some of their 2018 slate include Gus Van Sant’s "Don’t Worry, He Won’t Get Far on Foot," Dan Fogelman’s "Life Itself", Felix Van Groeningen’s "Beautiful Boy," Luca Guadagnino’s "Suspiria," and Pawel Pawlikowski’s "Cold War."
