Mumbai: Bollywood Actress Selina Jaitley is making her comeback with Ram Kamal Mukherjee's short season 'Seasons Greetings: A Tribute to Rituparno Ghosh'. She (Selina Jaitley) says that although she has missed an opportunity to work with famous Bengali film director Rituparno Ghosh, she feels special after getting the opportunity to work in this short film.
Are they aware of Rituparno's work? On this question, Celina told IANS, "Rituda once called me and wanted to involve me in one of her projects. He did not know that I was going to be a mother at that time, due to which the matter did not happen. ”
Celina Jaitley further said, “The last time I spoke to him was when his father passed away. We had a very deep conversation during that time. His last words for me were that my delivery should be done better and with this he also asked me to be associated with the Tolly Club due to working with me in a project in the coming years after becoming a mother. ”
According to Selina Jaitley, she is a huge fan of the late National Award-winning filmmaker and is one of her favorite films of the Dahan Rituparno Ghosh film released in 1997.
This short film by Ram Kamal Mukherjee also stars actors like Shri Ghatak, Lilette Dubey and Azhar Khan. It will be broadcast on G5.
