Sirisha Bandla will be another Indian, after India's great daughters Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams, to become a spacewalker.
Renowned industrialist Richard Branson is set to leave for space on July 11 and will be accompanied by India-born Sirisha Bandla.
Sirisha Bandla is the Voice President of Government Affairs and Research Operations at Virgin Galactic Company.

Sirisha Bandla was born in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh and she is the second Indian-origin woman to go on a space journey.

Sirisha Bandla is a graduate of Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
